Quality Management

The quality management system of METRA Energie-Messtechnik GmbH is based on ISO 9001:2008 and controls the quality management of all processes of planning and realization of meters from request to delivery and commissioning at the customer and their supporting processes. These processes serve as the basis of a structured order processing.

The high quality of our services is reached through consistent planning, monitoring and systematical control of all resources and activities in the processes of the request / offer process until delivery to the customer.

The continuous improvement of the quality management system, of processes and services, will be reached one hand through testing and evaluation of effectiveness of the quality management system, on the other hand by the use of the creative potential of the employee through continuous improvement systems.
